    The scanned copy of the article is not legible when the pages are increased in size and printed. Can the text be pasted into your blog in a way that is can be more easily read?

      Hi Sue, sorry for the late reply i am in the UK at present. Unfortunately Blogger doesn't seem to recognise the PDF files as they have photos and text so I am unable to upload the files. The recipes that are featured in the article are all on my blog already. Ashia
